Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Cliicks community. Our platform is built to encourage communication, creativity, discovery, and meaningful interaction. To help keep Cliicks safe, respectful, and valuable for everyone, all users are expected to follow these Community Guidelines when using the platform.

These guidelines apply to content, behavior, interactions, profiles, pages, groups, messages, comments, media, and all other activity that takes place on Cliicks.

1. Respect Others

Users must treat others with respect in all interactions on the platform. Healthy discussion, disagreement, and diverse opinions are welcome, but harassment, intimidation, threats, abuse, humiliation, and personal attacks are not allowed.

We want Cliicks to be a space where people can participate without fear of being targeted, insulted, or mistreated.

2. No Hate or Discrimination

Content or behavior that promotes hatred, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups is prohibited. This includes attacks based on identity, background, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected or personal characteristic.

Cliicks does not allow content that encourages exclusion, dehumanization, or hostility toward others.

3. No Harassment or Bullying

Bullying, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, targeted abuse, and any form of harassment are not permitted. Users should not use the platform to shame, threaten, pressure, or repeatedly provoke others.

Behavior that makes other users feel unsafe or intimidated may result in moderation action, even if it appears outside a single post or comment.

4. No Fraud, Scams, or Deception

Users may not use Cliicks for fraud, impersonation, phishing, misleading schemes, fake offers, or deceptive practices. Creating false identities, pretending to be another person or organization, or attempting to trick users into sharing money, personal information, or credentials is strictly prohibited.

Authenticity and trust are essential to maintaining a healthy community.

5. No Spam or Manipulation

Spam, repetitive posting, fake engagement, mass unsolicited messages, misleading promotions, and attempts to manipulate visibility or interactions are not allowed. Users should not misuse platform tools to artificially increase reach, attention, or influence.

Content should be shared in a genuine and relevant way.

6. Share Lawful and Appropriate Content

Users are responsible for the content they post, upload, or share. Content must not be illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. This includes text, images, videos, links, comments, profile information, and other forms of media or communication.

You should only share content that you have the right to use and that does not violate the rights of others.

7. Protect Privacy

Respecting privacy is a core part of maintaining a safe platform. Users must not share other people’s private or sensitive information without permission. This includes personal contact details, identification data, financial information, private conversations, or any content intended to remain confidential.

Doxxing, privacy violations, and misuse of personal information are not allowed.

8. Respect Intellectual Property

Do not post or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You should only upload or distribute content that you created, own, or are legally authorized to use.

If content is reported for violating intellectual property rights, it may be removed or restricted.

9. Use Features Responsibly

Cliicks includes social and community features designed to help users communicate, discover, and participate. These features must be used responsibly and not in ways that disrupt the platform, harm other users, or undermine trust.

Abuse of pages, groups, events, messaging, media uploads, or promotional tools may result in restrictions or account action.

10. No Malicious or Harmful Activity

Users may not attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, scrape data without authorization, bypass restrictions, or engage in activity that may damage the platform or compromise user safety.

Technical abuse or security-related misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Reporting and Enforcement

Cliicks may review reported content, accounts, or activity and take action where necessary. Enforcement may include content removal, warnings, reduced visibility, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity or repetition of the violation.

We reserve the right to act where conduct threatens the safety, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform.

12. Our Goal

These Community Guidelines exist to support a platform where users can express themselves, engage with others, and build communities in a safe and constructive environment. We encourage meaningful participation, respectful interaction, and responsible content sharing.

By using Cliicks, you agree to help maintain a community built on respect, trust, and positive engagement.

1. احترام الآخرين

كليكس لا تسمح بالمحتوى الذي يشجع على الإقصاء أو نزع الإنسانية أو العداء تجاه الآخرين.

3. منع التحرش والتنمر

لا يُسمح بالتنمر، أو الملاحقة، أو التواصل المتكرر غير المرغوب فيه، أو الاستهداف المسيء، أو أي شكل من أشكال التحرش. كما لا يجوز استخدام المنصة لإحراج الآخرين، أو تهديدهم، أو الضغط عليهم، أو استفزازهم بشكل متكرر.

وأي سلوك يجعل المستخدمين الآخرين يشعرون بعدم الأمان أو التهديد قد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات إشرافية حتى لو لم يكن محصورًا في منشور أو تعليق واحد فقط.

4. منع الاحتيال والخداع

لا يجوز استخدام كليكس في الاحتيال، أو انتحال الشخصية، أو التصيد، أو العروض الوهمية، أو الممارسات المضللة. كما يُمنع إنشاء هويات مزيفة، أو التظاهر بأنك شخص أو جهة أخرى، أو محاولة خداع المستخدمين للحصول على أموالهم أو بياناتهم الشخصية أو معلومات الدخول الخاصة بهم.

المصداقية والثقة عنصران أساسيان للحفاظ على مجتمع صحي.

5. منع السبام والتلاعب

يُحظر نشر الرسائل المزعجة، أو المحتوى المتكرر، أو التفاعل الوهمي، أو الرسائل الجماعية غير المرغوب فيها، أو الترويج المضلل، أو أي محاولة للتلاعب بالوصول أو التفاعل داخل المنصة. كما لا يجوز إساءة استخدام أدوات المنصة لزيادة الانتشار أو الاهتمام بشكل مصطنع.

يجب أن تتم مشاركة المحتوى بصورة طبيعية وذات صلة.

6. نشر محتوى قانوني وملائم

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية المحتوى الذي يقوم بنشره أو رفعه أو مشاركته. ويجب ألا يكون المحتوى غير قانوني، أو مسيئًا، أو تشهيريًا، أو منتهكًا للحقوق، أو مضللًا، أو ضارًا. ويشمل ذلك النصوص، والصور، ومقاطع الفيديو، والروابط، والتعليقات، ومعلومات الملف الشخصي، وأي وسائط أو وسائل تواصل أخرى.

كما يجب ألا تتم مشاركة أي محتوى إلا إذا كان للمستخدم الحق في استخدامه ونشره دون انتهاك حقوق الآخرين.

7. حماية الخصوصية

احترام الخصوصية جزء أساسي من الحفاظ على منصة آمنة. لذلك لا يجوز للمستخدمين مشاركة معلومات خاصة أو حساسة تخص الآخرين دون إذنهم. ويشمل ذلك بيانات الاتصال الشخصية، أو معلومات الهوية، أو المعلومات المالية، أو المحادثات الخاصة، أو أي محتوى يفترض أن يبقى سريًا.

8. احترام الملكية الفكرية

لا يجوز نشر أو مشاركة أي محتوى ينتهك حقوق النشر، أو العلامات التجارية، أو أي حقوق ملكية فكرية أخرى. ويجب على المستخدم رفع أو توزيع المحتوى الذي قام بإنشائه بنفسه، أو يملكه، أو يملك إذنًا قانونيًا باستخدامه.

وأي محتوى يتم الإبلاغ عنه بسبب انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية قد يتم حذفه أو تقييده.

9. استخدام المزايا بشكل مسؤول

توفر كليكس خصائص اجتماعية ومجتمعية تساعد المستخدمين على التواصل، والاكتشاف، والمشاركة. ويجب استخدام هذه المزايا بشكل مسؤول، لا بطريقة تؤدي إلى الإضرار بالمنصة أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين أو تقويض الثقة داخل المجتمع.

10. منع الأنشطة الضارة أو الخبيثة

لا يجوز للمستخدمين محاولة تعطيل عمل المنصة، أو استغلال الثغرات، أو إدخال أكواد خبيثة، أو جمع البيانات دون تصريح، أو تجاوز القيود، أو ممارسة أي نشاط قد يضر بالمنصة أو يهدد سلامة المستخدمين.

وأي إساءة تقنية أو أمنية تُعد مخالفة جسيمة وغير مسموح بها.

11. الإبلاغ والتنفيذ

يجوز لكليكس مراجعة المحتوى أو الحسابات أو الأنشطة التي يتم الإبلاغ عنها، واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب عند الحاجة. وقد تشمل الإجراءات حذف المحتوى، أو توجيه إنذار، أو تقليل الظهور، أو فرض قيود مؤقتة، أو تعليق الحساب، أو إنهاءه بشكل دائم بحسب خطورة المخالفة أو تكرارها.

كما نحتفظ بالحق في اتخاذ ما نراه مناسبًا إذا كان السلوك يهدد سلامة المنصة أو نزاهتها أو حسن عملها.

12. هدفنا

وُضعت هذه الإرشادات لدعم منصة يستطيع المستخدمون فيها التعبير عن أنفسهم، والتفاعل مع الآخرين، وبناء مجتمعاتهم ضمن بيئة آمنة وبنّاءة. نحن نشجع المشاركة الهادفة، والتواصل المحترم، والمشاركة المسؤولة للمحتوى.
