Account Deletion Policy

Cliicks allows users to request deletion of their accounts, subject to platform procedures, legal obligations, and operational requirements.

1. User Request

Users may request deletion of their account through the available account settings or contact methods provided by the platform, where applicable.

2. Effect of Deletion

When an account is deleted, certain profile information may be removed or deactivated from public view. However, some data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, enforcement of agreements, or legitimate operational reasons.

3. Content and Residual Data

Depending on the platform structure, some content or interactions may remain in limited form after deletion, such as messages, system logs, moderation records, or content references where technically or legally necessary.

4. Recovery and Irreversibility

In some cases, account deletion may be permanent and irreversible after completion. Users should ensure they understand the effect of deletion before proceeding.

5. Platform Rights

Cliicks may also suspend, deactivate, or delete accounts where required by law, policy enforcement, security needs, inactivity management, or abuse prevention.

تتيح كليكس للمستخدمين طلب حذف حساباتهم، وذلك وفقًا لإجراءات المنصة والمتطلبات القانونية والاحتياجات التشغيلية.

1. طلب المستخدم

يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه من خلال إعدادات الحساب المتاحة أو عبر وسائل التواصل التي توفرها المنصة، بحسب ما هو مطبق داخل الخدمة.

2. أثر الحذف

عند حذف الحساب، قد تتم إزالة بعض بيانات الملف الشخصي أو تعطيل ظهورها للعامة. ومع ذلك، قد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات عند الحاجة للامتثال القانوني، أو منع الاحتيال، أو حل النزاعات، أو الحفاظ على الأمان، أو تنفيذ الاتفاقيات، أو لأسباب تشغيلية مشروعة.

3. المحتوى والبيانات المتبقية
